I'm 25 and looking into the Army Or Marines. I'm looking for insight on those who have?

...  served on if its worth it? What advice can you give to a guy looking at the military to push his life in a new direction?

Answer

I Think 25 is a bit old....unless you are going for officer option. Otherwise:  imagine you are given orders by a 20 years old corporal or whatever.  That would be very hard for you to accept.
