i found out i have a cancer and told them like an idiot and now im not able to work because of chemotherapy (im 23) can i still get benefits? there trying to say the last 2 payments i have gotten are over payments now

I would ask to speak to a hearing officer about your situation cause although to get unemployment you have to be able to look for work that's just a rule they have I would ask for a hearing on the matter see where it goes .
