Google - I think I may have a keloid on my eyebrows piercing ? How can I get rid of it ?

Normally with piercings if there is any sign of puss this indicates an infection of some sort and the best thing to do is to use antiseptic sprays,liquids or other forms of treating a surface infection from piercings. In my own experience I had a similar thing happen with my belly button piercing I was cleaning it properly however I was moving it too much which led to it migrating out and now there is a large scar on my stomach so I suggest not touching to too much using a spray to help the infection. if that doesn't do anything you can visit a doctor however this may be a waste of your time as if you visit the place you got the piercing done the person who did your piercing should be fully qualified to answer any questions about this and potentially better than a doctor.
