... SAO, HunterXhunter, kill la kill, devil is a part timer, bleach, one piece, attack on titan, my favorites are cowboy bebop, kids on a slope and samurai champloo. I don't mind subbed and I would rather it have a lot of episodes already so I can splurge on watching

Don't do SAO. Some liked it, but in my opinion the plot wasn't that good...the art was pretty, but the plot was not. I'd recommend Attack on Titan because it's one of my favorite anime, but f you want something with a good amount of episodes, go watch or Fullmetal Alchemist or D. Gray-Man. I loved them both.
And Hellsing.
Brotherhood I mean. FMA Brotherhood. It's the same basic concept and plot as the original, but is also really different, and is also worth watching.
