i lost my phone and cant seem to locate it. s their anyway i can locate it or get its serial number at least? the theif seems like he closed the location and mobile data. PLEASE HELP

Wouldn't the company who sold it to you have the serial number?
It's probably as good as gone, though. Hope you've backed up everything you need - these things happen and nobody will vouch for your data.
