Google - I live in Canada and I am on wellfare, and I want to get control of my funds back?

I am getting fed up with how my (mother) controls how and when I use my money and wish to remove her from being my trust. I want to start having control in some part of my life so if possible I need to know what hoops to jump though to get this started.

I used to have full control till I made a bad decision with how I used my money and she then sent in a from starting she was going to be my trustee from then on.
