... given me 150. It is now May 15th. We got in a fight Monday night, and he came back Tuesday night drunk. He would not leave me alone hoping for a reconciliation which I do not want. After I denied him, he broke my alarm clock, threatened to throw my computer down the stairs, then started pouring cups of water on my furniture. After that did not work, he started threatening to kill himself. I left the house with my two dogs. He then locked me out and blockaded the doors. I came back this afternoon, he was laying on the couch and refuses to leave. He is not on my lease but he did give me about a quarter of rent, which I can not pay back today. Will the police escort him out, or will they say he has a right to stay?

If he is not on the lease then he has no reason for being there. He has no legal documents stating anything allowing him on the premisis. I would call the cops and explain the story. They will make him leave especially if you explain his violence and such. If you are worried about him harming himself call a hotline for more help on the matter.
If not, then...call the police. They'll know what to do.
