Solution:
x = qty of corn = 3.52 kg
y = qty of soybean = 1.48 kg
2 equations
a) x * 10% + y*45% = 5*14%
b) x+y = 5
x+y=5 => y= 5-x =>
x * 0.1 + (5-x)*0.45 = 0.7 => x = 3.52 =>
y=5-3.52 = 1.48
did not write all simple maths i assume you know how to calculate x out of the formula
