Can you Google the person's name (or anything else you know about them), find out what country they live in, Google the international dialling code for that country, and then prefix your number with it?
Or could you ask whoever gave you the number to give you the country?
Actually, I need to call her... She's a friend of my brother, the lady said that she'd be on that number and my brother has no idea where/how to call and that's why we're asking for help... it's not a sham or anything like that, I just need to call there , REALLY need it.
