... our own plans in house, done only by me. And recently the owner has decided to start doing architectural documents for other builders/companies. I want to ask for a cut of each plan drawn that does not fall under my company. How do I go about doing so? Another bump to add is I have recently started my own side business drawing plans. Do I still ask for a cut or do I tell him I am starting my side business and see what happens?
