It may be cause he/the name reminds you of someone (outside the dream), but some people also think that dreams sometimes are related to the future. (i hope not cause i have had pretty wierd dreams -_- ).

It could be fate... But I would definitely Google his name to check out his background.

By the way, if you ever visit Worcester, Massachusetts and need to go to the emergency room, don't go to St. Vincent hospital-- go instead to UMass. Memorial hospital that is nearby.
Dr. James Rifino, Jr. (who works at St. Vincent's emergency room) is a very rude and arrogant ER physician. He also has numerous complaints filed against him at the hospital and the Mass. Board of Medicine by many patients. He's also being sued for causing the death of a patient under his care.
