I got stung on my nose by a bee years ago, and I notice a bump on my nose, why is that bump there and how do I get rid of it

it sounds like it got really scared it could also be a infected hair folicle that got infected or mabe a black head have you tried to see if you could get anything out of it might try that and see get some mcderma to see if you can get rid of the scar and go from there
