... to the devs. Thy replied back saying that my problem would be resolved within 1 business day. Its been 2 days no reply or fix of any kind. What can i do to get a refund?

Also one thing i forgot to mention was that i had to provide: a screenshot of my receipt with email address on it, Software Version, type of device, and country i live in. I did all of that and after they said my problem would be resolved nothing was.
