... actual exotics, I planned with starting my fleet off with just a true sports car. If you all had to choose between renting a Nissan GT-R or a Corvette Stingray, what would be your choice?

Stingray, for a few reasons...only the race minded people ie. youngsters would take the Gtr because they want to see what it can do, based off all the movies. The parts are all imported so bigger bucks. But most people renting high end cars want women to notice not other guys, I mean look at the demographics, you see all types of mature men and women driving corvettes but when was the last time you saw a 40 yr old in a GTR....probably never so the only ones that will rent it are going to be young men that probably can't handle your car. And young people have no respect, I could see a 25 yr old going 0-60 and pulling an e-brake just to do it. And it doesn't matter what happens to your car because they got your insurance. I would stick to cars that attract a mature demographic.
Ok perfect! Honestly, I was thinking the same thing. The Stingray would surely appeal to a wider spectrum of people than a GT-R would. Makes total sense. Thanks for your input!
