... the mother just show up and take him whenever she wants to even though she has been m.i.a. mostly I get him too and from school also sports pay the babysitter so i can go to work and still paying child support even tho i have him or can i refuse him going with her because she is bad off in life right now? if you have him i would take precautions to not let anybody just pick him up also you might want to leave this information with the school and the sitter i would take this to court show you have custody so you just don't loose him the judge can halt the child support surprises me that you haven't talked to the childsupport autrhority that you have him the mom doesn't get this mess straightened out you shouldn't have to pay support if you have him if your paying the mom and she hasn't told them she can go to jail you could get your money back step up and get this taken care of
