You can do it with windows remote desktop connection utility tool by which you can connect to another computer via internet. To connect with the other computer,

• Click on the start button, and then open the program list. Click on Accessories and then click on Remote Desktop Connection.
• Write the name of the computer or IP address, that you want to connect with and then click on Connect.
