Google - hello my period was 2 days late, but when it finally did coe it was very light for only 3?

...  days.Like a week later i had light spotting for about a hour now 2 weeks later I'm cramping...what could this be.? A disease? Pregnancy.? My periods are very normal and last 5-7 days with no cramping at all. Please help me

Are you on birth control?sometimes stress and being on birth control if you're sexually active this can end up in pregnancy just depends on if you want to get pregnant the signs you're experiencing could be pregnancy related. Some of the other symptoms are low iron low energy cramping low back pain spotting or fewer days on your period nausea, a line going from belly button to hairline moodiness being tired  I would see about getting a test in about 2 weeks to see if its pregnancy.
