I converted it to avi format and set the output video quality bitrate to 1300 kbps which is supposed to be High Quality.
The final result of the video file size cost to 236 MB and when I played it on TV, the quality is not that good. It's look like normal quality to me. But I don't want to set the output bitrate to more than 1300 kbps because it will result in larger file size.
How can I increase the video quality without increasing the file size?
I tried to download another avi file through utorrent and file size is around 193 MB but the quality is much better compared to that converted video of 236 MB version. What's the difference?
