Google - Can one make a phone not to take incoming calls from same number if it gets disconnected?

Details:
I call my son at designated time ordered by the court. It disconnects within 2-3 minutes of conversation. I keep trying afterwards but it goes to answering machine every time.
Can one program phone in such a way? It is a LG phone that my son gets to receive my call.
