I'm a thirteen year old boy who has a rather small build, and I am looking for a good eating plan that will help me to grow in both muscle mass and perhaps height. Is there any meal plan that would help with this (I do exercise so it's not that I don't)? I know that vegetable smoothies are popular would one of those help? Thanks :)

As you are on the teen age, you may gain fat throughout the body. If you are still not getting any outcome there must be some digestive issue. In this concern you may better consult a physician. Otherwise, you have to analyze the margin of calorie that is minimum for your health. Always try to exceed the demand to store some fat.
