Hi! We are planning to move to Wilkes-Barre city. I heard that some areas are not safe to live in. We have two young toddlers. We are excited to live in the city since we have been living in the suburbs of Reading for many years and looking for a change. What good areas/streets we should consider when looking for houses? Also what are the bad areas/streets that we should avoid? thanks.
