Thank you for your help. The purpose of this thread is to increase my own motivation through establishment of a desirable long term goal -- an exciting and rewarding career. I appreciate any field, career, or stepping stone suggestions, however I am mostly looking for suggestions that describe specific settings derived from a combination of my own strengths, personal traits, interests, and passions. As an example, someone might suggest that I pursue a role of educating low income communities on the psychological aspects of child rearing. Intrinsic rewards such as being passionate about the job is considerably more important for me than extrinsic rewards such as a high salary. Items are ordered from most important to least important.
