Lately I have been noticing my lack of curves - lack of a feminine figure. I think that hour-glass figures are gorgeous, and am so jealous of people who have nice curves. I've got a dent at my hips and two straight lines connecting my hips to my shoulders... It's quite embarrassing... Is there any way to gain more curves?

well some girls who are overweight lack curves , while some girls who are underweight lack curves too. you aren't going to like the sound of this but a work out plan would give you more muscle if you need it and would give you more curves , which is what you want. I would recommend to about 25 to 40 squats a day , with about 30 to 50 crunches a day. I would to arm workouts too. tip ; workouts work better when given a resting day , so your muscles can recover. results only really show after a couple of recovering days. if you only do what I told you , you should have to do this for atleast 5 weeks , doing 100 to 200 crunches a day would give you results in 2 to three weeks. thus may help you lose weight if you need it , but only a pound or two if not on a diet. the biggest result you could get out of this would be more muscle and curves :) everyone looks better with a little more muscle. good luck.
