i have an olympus camera. i plug it into a usb port, and the camera will charge but nothing else. I do not know how to get the pictures off of my camera and onto my laptop. i have tried restarting my computer, turning the camera on, and trying different usb ports. it will not turn on while plugged in, and nothing seems to be working. please help!
