so im trying to download this app its called jasmincam and its for like a webcam service but i have a acer chromebook and i need windows software to run the app. so basically i know there has to be a way to get the chrome to run windows i went and downloaded this thing from windows.com that said itll act as a converter so i can run it however after downloading said app i still cannot open this jasmincam thing. and the jasmincam thing dosent even come up in my apps it goes to my files when i download it im just really getting frustrated and seeking help. someone computer savvy please read this and tell me what to do
