Gamer - What laptop can run Grand Theft Auto 5 and costs equivalent or less then $300?

So I have a HP 2000 notebook and it barely even loads gta into story mode and I need something less than $300 that will at least run 40 FPS and run at least 15 FPS when recording gameplay.
