I had a bbl done augest 13. They shaped my body gave me hips flat stomach but I gained weight back. I'm afraid of doing too much workout and losing my bbl results what can I do? What workouts should I focus on for belly fat and arms. I am vegan too so any tips would help.

I never heard of a bbl before, so I can't speak about that. If you want to lose fat, remember that fat is made of carbon and hydrogen, so it only comes out by being converted to CO2 and water, and then it comes out through the lungs. That means a lot of puffing, and that usually means jogging or dancing.
Bbl is a Brazilian butt lift augmentation. Basically it's a lipo. They transfer my fat to my buttocks to create a shape.
