For my website i want hosting. so, what can i do. can go with free windows hosting or trying and paid hosting. which is the best for me. what can i do. my friend also suggest me for ASP Hosting from "mywindowshosting(dot)com". Need your suggetion.

I would suggest you to go with paid web hosting service instead of free web hosting service because free web hosting service has certain limitations like
- limited support from web host
- no flexibility in upgrading server resources
- Can have only sub-domain for your website and no domain
- Restriction to post any promotional ads on website
and more. Hence check out paid hosting service than free web hosting.
