Is it free to study in Hochschule für Musik "Hanns Eisler" as an international student?
and is there a catch?

I doubt it will be free. Free education in Germany is usually only offered in universities for German citizens and residents (and maybe international students) but generally not in private institutions unless you might get a scholarship maybe. Why don't you contact them and find out? Good luck.
