Found white powder on my porch. Does this sound like some silly witchcraft attempt?

I walked out this morning and found some white powder on my porch. Looks almost like flour or something. Does this sound like some kind of silly witchcraft attempt? Clearly someone put it there but I can't think of any other reason someone would.

Its very possible someone spilled something I would bring it to someone else's attention this way you can find out if someone spilled it or someone else knows about it that's what I would do.
