I am doing a calculation on a force and it came to be 7,740,400 joules of force, because I am explaining this to people who have little understanding of it (and I understand very little of it myself :D) what is comparable to that amount of force?

A joule is not a force.
Force is defined by f=ma so the units have to be kilogram-meters/second^2. (Also called a newton.)
A force acting through a distance defines work, which is measured in joules. The units of the joule are kilogram-meters^2/second^2. (Also called a newton-meter.)
The ^2 means "squared".
