I'm a freshmen and I have a big project evolving apps. We wanted to create an app that suits well towards travelers, yet we don't have much experience when it comes to traveling. We wanted to seek opinions of frequent travelers. We want to know what should a travel app have that most apps don't have?

A compass is always handy...
It would probably be good if it was an app that didn't purely run on internet as internet is hard or expensive when abroad to get.
Money exchange apps are useful.
I found when I went travelling the number one problem was finding bus roots or taxi ranks.
Maybe like a dangerous creature app?
A dairy App to track location and what you did that day perhaps would of been nice.
When I was in Italy for a week I used the Digitourist app. This app shows you everything you can do in the surroundings. I recommend this app for people that like to visit activities and attractions. This link will directly send you to their website; www.Digitourist.com
