I am writing a story featuring a Neutrois character. They were originally a woman but had their uterus removed some years before. Later, they are married (to a cis guy) and start wanting to have a baby. Would this ever happen, or does having the uterus removed screw with your desire to have kids? I want to make sure I get the facts right. Thank you!
