I'm 32 years old man. Gout was detected at 25 yr and now diabetes (type 2) at 32. It comes to know that gout patient should avoid protein rich diet whereas a diabetic should be away from carbohydrates. Does it mean my life is just over? If I have to avoid carbohydrates and proteins, how can I live, how should I go with my diets? please suggest me.
