How much isotonic sports drink should you have during and after a reasonably intense sports training? I know you calculate it based on weight lost, but I was just looking for a rough amount for the first time.

The only recommended sports drink is water. "Isotonic" and "electrolytes" and like that are meaningless.
Actually, isotonic means your body won't absorb it. Electrolyte means it conducts electric current. You really should watch a book about nutrition so you know things like this.
