Flash memory asking for password?

my flash memory start asking me for password to open the files, i ask expert and search the internet and i could't find any answer 
please help i need the files

I need the manufactures name if I would help you with this. 

I would:

I would contact the manufacture of that particular flash and ask them how to unlock the unknown secure password. They should be able to reset that password.
