I've been shopping for a gift for someone. It's the first time in my life, basically. I have a tight budget. Have only 20, maybe 30 dollars to spend on this. I could make her something, but it wouldn't be finished or arrive in time (although I wouldn't mind doing that too). I have a few ideas but just feel unsure about them. Does anyone here have any ideas? Any advice what kind of things might be good and what might be not good? Would be much appreciated. She's an incredible, beautiful woman who carries a lot on her shoulders. Want to give her a reason to smile this Christmas.
First time: What kind of christmas gifts would be good for a woman in her mid 30's?

This is why I dread this time of year, pressure to spend monies most do not have on gifts that may or not be apprecieated, If this person is a good friend who you say has/is carrying alot on her shoulders then maybe some pampering is needed, a facial or massage, depending on your closeness you could even deliver this gift yourself, spend your money on candles and wine aswell as the oils. Many like the gifts that have been given some thought to personalise its' meaning.
Good luck ChefGuy, if this is your career you could also cook her a meal, find out her perfect ever film and have it too watch afterwards with a bottle of wine.
It is not the amount spent on a gift but the thoughts that go into its delivery.
