Although this may not be a lot to go on and I'm not entirely sure on the details or if I a imagining some of it, but a few years back I can remember seeing a trailer like this in the cinema but I can't remember the film. It started as a man(have a feeling was some sort of law enforcement) was waiting what I remember to be at one side of a teleport on someone coming through to kill I believer. But when this person comes through the teleporter I have a feeling the (prisoner) manages to hit the other over the head and escape.
