Hi there all, thank you very much for reading my question, and I would appreciate if anyone would give me some advice
I have about $40000 debt about $10000 is credit cards and $30000 is installment payment and payday loans,
Most of these debts are about a few months old, and I want to file bankruptcy but I don't know if creditors are going to sue me?
I do have a full time job, but I just can't climb myself out of this mess
