Should I go to the ER? The only symptom I have had is a slight headache and now is throbbing where I hit it?
Fell in the shower and hit my head 10 hrs ago. Only symptom is a slight headache.

Basically I am worried about a concussion. I went to work yesterday and can function perfectly. Today though it hurts on the opposite side of my head.
