Feed(s) and feed additive(s) safety control?

Hi, there!

The text above is a title of the article covering a safety control of all feeds and feed additives, used in the RF.

My question is: If using this "noun+noun" form, will it be better to put "feed(s)" and "feed additive(s)" in Pl. or Sin.?
