For some reason this problem popped up after I started the Taking Independence quest, I can build everything from the workshop but I cant connect the wires to anything and I have copper and rubber and whatever it is that is needed to make them, even if it doesnt require any type of salvage to make them. The wire just remains red and its not just at the castle, I'm having this problem at all my settlements. Is there anyone else out there having this problem? I really dont want to start my entire game over again.
