As a student of The Bible, I have noted many times that the Book of Revelations seems to have no References to the United States of America. I have read claims that She may be the dreaded Daughter of Babylon; and I pray that is not the case.
However, when you note the verse that says the stars will fall from the sky, Could that be a Metaphor for America's decline through corruption, civil unrest, or outright war?

Stars are used in the Bible in a figurative sense and in metaphors or similes to represent persons, as in Joseph’s dream in which his parents were represented by the sun and moon, and his 11 brothers by 11 stars. (Ge 37:9, 10
However the expression about the stars are referred to in other parts of the Bible other then just Revelation. See Matthew 24:29, Mark 13:24,25
Since the metaphors are used to describe when and how God will intervene into man's affairs and how their governing will be interrupted by God's government that Jesus taught us to pray for, Matthew 6:9,10; Daniel 2:44. This involves government, not just ours (US) but all governments.
