I failed my polygraph. The instructor told me I had strong responses to any serious crime questions. I was sent home, in about 1 hour I was told to take my medical and physical test next week. Did they move me to the next step even though I failed my polygraph test? Do I have to worry about them thinking I'm some criminal?

A polygraph test is unreliable. It only tests whether you are a lousy liar or a truth teller with poor self control. The test begins with a magic trick, usually a card guessing thing. You are told that it is to calibrate the machine, but it is a ruse to make you think the test actually works. If you have good control of your emotions you can beat the machine any time, every time.

I have no information about that.
So I can assume that I got passed to the next stage of the hiring process?
