Factory Reset; Dell with Windows 10?

Details:

So when I do the whole thing, going into Settings and Recovery, I come to the screen with the 3 options, Reset this PC, Go back to an earlier build, and Advanced Startup.

I'm supposed to go to Reset this PC because I just want to wipe my computer entirely with it's files and everything, but when I click "Get Started", nothing at all happens. I've been trying for days, any help?
