Explain whether the Amish barn raising method is good or bad. (Define good and bad first!)?

Nobody has any information except members of an Amish community. The definition of good and bad would be up to them, and they might define those concepts much differently than you or somebody else. Besides, it is somewhat unlikely that anybody else has any idea what an Amish barn raising is like.
