First off, to build muscle mass a basic rule of thumb is more sets, less reps, higher weight. You won't get anywhere quickly with that routine. Also, weight train more days a week. But allow 2-3 rest day. Consume more scoops of whey protein powder, and do not lock out on the bench press. This technique keeps muscle under constant tension.
Also do 4-5 exercises PER MUSCLE GROUP. Supersets may help as well.
