I am 20 years old and struggling with my health right now. I went to doctor and he asked me to get certain tests. Report says impression of hypochromic normocytic anemia. I've been vomiting since 1 Jan of this year , but most of the time while travelling in the metro. ( though I've been travelling through metro since many years, never faced such problem) the fluid that I throw up is clear like water. Two weeks ago, I had a mild abdominal pain which roughly lasted for 3 days. I have lost my appetite resulting in weight loss, and feel weak and tired most of the time. My hand and leg, sometimes due to headache or abdominal pain, get really cold
Today I was just roaming around when I felt I'm too much tired and can't walk anymore. My back began to hurt. I had to sit on the road side to get some rest. It was like I'll faint or something.
What could I probably be suffering from? Doctor gave me no medicine for anemia. Do I need medication for anemia? Or everything I'm dealing with something else? Please help.
Experiencing vomiting, appetite loss, weight loss, weakness. What could be the reason ?
