I'm 128 pounds. 5'5" and on a 1200 calories low carb diet. I eat veggies and protein and some fruits. The number on my scale won't budge. I'm also exercising everyday, this is the second week. When will I notice results?
Exercising 5 times a week, intense cardio, 25 min. When will I notice results?

you might notice something out side of your normal routine and it won't happen over night but it will happen i would say you would try to maintain which part of the day do you eat your carbs mostly stay in the afternoon about dinner time keeps you full you don't get as hungry those are easy to get rid of burning them
I was in your exact position, and with all my hard work and my life and thought process focused so much around my weight loss goal, I was saddened to see that for weeks the scale was not moving. I spoke to a boxing coach, told him what I was doing throughout the week, and he gave me the best advise ever. He stated that the body gets used to a routine so the best thing to do is change up your routine. He stated that doesn't mean giving up working out 5 days per week, but just altering what work outs you are doing, and do a different workout five days per week, allowing the body to experience a change in workout every time you work out, thus causing the body to loose weight.
