Excel Fill Sequence Numbers?

Question

how do you fill sequence numbers in Excel?
i.e. A1 showing 100-105
A2 showing 106-110
A3 showing 111-115.. and so on?

Put in A1 100-105
then put in A2 this formula:
=CONCATENATE((RIGHT(A1;3)+1);"-";(RIGHT(A1;3)+5))
Then copy A2 and paste it downward 
This work ok till you reach 999
That is with Excel 2003
